National Restoration Construction is based in Federal Way and covers a wide stretch of the greater Puget Sound region — from the suburbs just south of Seattle down through north Pierce County and across the communities that line the I-5 and SR-99 corridors. For most of our service area, that means a crew is moving toward your property within minutes of your call.

Where we work

Our team operates out of Federal Way, which puts us at a practical midpoint between Seattle and Tacoma. That location lets us reach south King County cities quickly and move into north Pierce County without fighting the worst of the metro traffic. We regularly work across communities along the I-5 corridor, the SR-167 valley, and out toward the SR-16 corridor on the Kitsap Peninsula side. The region’s mix of older Craftsman homes, mid-century ramblers, and newer construction means our crews encounter everything from original cast-iron plumbing to modern composite materials — and they come prepared for all of it.

Response time by distance

Distance and time of day both matter when a pipe has burst or a fire has just been knocked down.

• Federal Way and immediately adjacent cities — technicians are typically on-site in 30–45 minutes for emergency calls.
• South King County and north Pierce County broadly — expect 45–75 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
• Outer edges of our coverage zone — response runs 75–90 minutes, sometimes longer during peak commute hours or when SR-99 and I-5 are backed up through Fife or Tukwila.

We dispatch the closest available crew, not the next crew in a queue, so those windows hold up even during busy periods.
